Lexmark Strengthens MPS in Europe

Lexmark achieved a new collaboration with Computacenter in Europe, which will allow enterprise customers to access its secure managed print services (MPS) solutions via the technology partner.

According to Lexmark, the partnership will enable them to provide additional value-added services to more customers and offer a “better experience” for enterprises.

“The partnership will enable us to provide reliable, automated and integrated print support that ensures security to Computacenter’s customers, supporting the delivery of cloud-first digital transformation strategies,” explained Brock Saladin, senior vice president and chief commercial officer at Lexmark. “We look forward to working with Computacenter to meet the unique needs and expectations of our collective customers.”

With Lexmark’s managed print services, customers’ information is protected in the secure cloud, ensuring greater visibility and control of data and, ultimately, reducing the burden on IT teams. By offering the firm’s ‘secure by design’ approach, the partnership also promises that customer devices and data will be protected “every step of the way”.
