Epson Announces Senior Management Change
To further strengthen corporate governance and accelerate its efforts to create a strong organization, Epson board of directors approved several executive officer changes.
Effective April 1, 2023, current Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer Tatsuaki Seki will assume the role of Representative Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer. Seki will retain his position as General Administrative Manager, Corporate Strategy and Management Control Division, and General Administrative Manager, Sustainability Promotion Office.
Representative Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer Koichi Kubota will become Director, effective April 1, 2023.
In addition, Epson board of directors has appointed Masashi Hayashi, Masaharu Mizukami, Toshihiko Kobayashi, and Siew Jin Kiat as executive officers. Furthermore, Epson also appointed two outside Directors, effective June 27.
Alongside these changes, Epson also announced the retirement of 7 individuals from their positions.
