Angry Accountant Sees Red – Berto blames the cartridge
Accountants don’t like to see accounts go “into the red” or making a loss. Berto muses that it just the problem with the printer cartridge, where text appears in “red” on the printed out statements.
There are printer OEMs, particularly in China that manufacture printers that will print out documents in two colors: black and red.
Such printers are targetted at businesses that need to print out official tax invoices, or fapiao (发票) using black and red colors. In China, the fapiao invoice system serves as a paper warranty against tax evasion. All fapiao are required to be printed from a “fapiao printer” that is linked online to the State Administration of Taxation (SAT) system. In the printing process, enterprises must select the appropriate business activities registered under their business scope, such as the provision of services or sale of goods. Read more.
