Cartridge Recycling Provides Choice – Berto chooses reuse
Cartridge Reuse Provides Choice – Berto
Recycling reduces the demand for raw materials. There are some ISO standards related to recycling such as ISO 15270:2008 for plastics waste and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management control of recycling practice.
Reusing is better than recycling because it saves the energy that comes with having to dismantle and re-manufacture products. It also significantly reduces waste and pollution because it reduces the need for raw materials, saving both forests and water supplies.
The Aftermarket printing supplies industry was born on the back of giving consumers a choice to be more environmentally friendly with their empty printer cartridges. Don’t throw them away. Reuse them. Of course, end-users like the cost savings as well.
Berto’s pokes fun at recyclers: maybe we can all identify with this one!
