While there is no comment on the UK court decision or the accuracy of the relevant report thereof, all relevant claims alleged by the said website that Mr. Arnald Ho being the owner of Pelikan Hardcopy Scotland were made without supporting evidence and justification.

Mr. Arnald Ho considers it imperative to clarify that the said news relating to the alleged ownership of Pelikan Hardcopy Scotland by him is misleading and untrue. It is also strongly denied that any inquiry in relation to the untrue and misleading report was ever received.
