Aomya to Offer New DTF Ink Solutions at RemaxWorld Expo

Aomya is gearing up to showcase its cutting-edge Direct to Film (DTF) ink solutions at the upcoming RemaxWorld Expo (Booth No. 2235) from October 12 to 14.

According to Aomya, its DTF heat transfer pigment inks are versatile and suitable for use with various fabrics, reaching up to 100 tons in impressive monthly sales.

A representative from Aomya stated, “Our DTF inks are perfectly suited for a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, canvas, denim, and more. When utilizing the heat transfer method, the resulting patterns are characterized by their exceptional clarity and vibrant colors, beautifully accentuating the fabric’s texture.”

These DTF heat transfer pigment inks by Aomya are ideal for customizing various items such as clothing, shoes, mugs, bags, and more. They are available in convenient packaging sizes of 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1000ml, and 20kg.

DTF is a printing technique used to imprint logos or artwork onto a specially coated PET film. This film is subsequently employed to transfer the printed design onto textiles using a lightweight powder adhesive. This adhesive can be applied manually or with an automatic powder shaker to ensure even distribution across the artwork and film. This additional step enables the transfer process.

Unlike DTG (Direct to Garment) printing, which primarily works well with pre-treated cotton fabrics, DTF offers a broader spectrum of possibilities. It can print on untreated cotton, silk, polyester, denim, nylon, leather, 50/50 blends, and more. Moreover, it performs admirably on both light and dark textiles.

Aomya claims the DTF printing solution requires minimal equipment investment, primarily consisting of a digital printer, a powder shaker, a dryer, and a pressing machine. Aomya’s compatible printheads include I3200, 4720, DX5, DX7, XP600, TX800, and 5113, with ink colors available in white, black, cyan, magenta, and yellow (WH/BK/C/M/Y).
