Armor Earns Third Environmental Certification

Armor, a French aftermarket supplies manufacturer, has received Blue Angel Environmental Certification for its HP 53A and 53X laser toner cartridges. The company looks to grasp market share in Germany where the certification is widely recognized.

According to Armor, the achievement strengthens the company’s true commitment to providing environmental product solutions. Furthermore, the company claimed that it was the first remanufacturer in the market to have products certified by three eco-labels, including Blue Angel, NF Environment Certification and Nordic Ecolabelling.

Today, Armor has more than 48 laser cartridges bearing the NF Environment Certification which is an official French label created in 1991 by AFNOR Certification. Also, the company has more than 61 laser cartridges certified with Nordic Ecolabelling which is a Scandinavian environmental label created in 1989. Armor stated that it intended to have more laser cartridges certified as Blue Angel compliant in the future.
