Brady Introduces BradyPrinter i7500 Label Printer

Brady Corporation has unveiled the BradyPrinter i7500, a new printer designed to streamline 76mm core high-precision label printing for industries seuch as electronics, electrical, manufacturing, and laboratories. The i7500 aims to simplify the process by eliminating the need for manual calibration and reducing waste.

Simplifying Setup and Calibration

The BradyPrinter i7500 automatically adjusts its settings when new consumables are loaded, ensuring it’s ready to print in just 40 seconds. Traditional 76mm core thermal transfer label printing has often been a complex task, requiring meticulous calibration to maintain traceability and compliance. The i7500 addresses these challenges with its LabelSense technology, which removes the need for sensor adjustments, heat settings, or defining label dimensions.

Versatile and Efficient Printing

The i7500 offers flexibility by accommodating a range of label types, from printed circuit board labels to rating plates, raised profile labels, cable sleeves, and specialized laboratory labels. All optimal settings are preloaded, and the printer automatically recognizes every Brady consumable. Additionally, the first label prints correctly every time, reducing material waste and supporting more sustainable printing practices.

Compatibility with Various Labels and Software

In manual mode, the BradyPrinter i7500 can print 76mm core labels from any manufacturer, allowing businesses to continue using their existing label stock. The printer also integrates with Brady Workstation label design software, which instantly detects loaded Brady consumables for quick label creation. It supports various print languages, such as ZPL, and can operate with other label design software, making it adaptable to different workflows.

With automated calibration and a user-friendly interface on its large onboard screen, the BradyPrinter i7500 redefines high-precision 76mm core label printing. “Fully automated calibration enables printing on different consumables within 40 seconds. We can provide a hands-on demo at your premises to show your teams just how intuitive label printing can be,” said Ömer Adisen, Product Manager for Benchtop Printers and Software at Brady Corporation.
