Canon Middle East Updates Pixma All-In-One Printer Range
Four new all-in-one devices are recently added to Canon Pixma MX printer series.
Canon Middle East has replaced its PIXMA MX374, MX434, MX514 and MX714/MX894 printers with the new PIXMA MX394, MX454, MX524 and MX924 all-in-one devices. The company asserts these new products to offer high productivity and sophisticated software aimed at home office environments.
The printers have printing, scanning, faxing and automatic document feeder (ADF) capabilities and feature enhanced software to improve productivity.
All of the new models have a fully-integrated 30-sheet ADF, except the MX924 with a 35 sheet ADF. This feature makes scanning and copying multi-page documents easier to manage. The MX524 and MX924 each feature double-sided printing using Canon’s Auto 2-sided Print option, and feature a large colour display providing direct access to cloud services.
The MX924 can hold 250 sheets of plain paper and 20 sheets of photo paper with its double front paper cassettes. It is equipped with increased print speeds of 10 pages per minute in colour and 15 pages per minute in monochrome.
Optional high-yield XL cartridges can be used in all of the devices in the PIXMA MX series. The MX924 is the first Canon printer to have an optional XXL black ink tank, enabling users to print up to 1,000 A4 pages without replacing the ink cartridge.
Moreover, Canon My Image Garden is available for the PIXMA MX range to guarantee effective navigation between printing and scanning functions. Such software to streamline scanning functions as Auto Scan, Photo Scan and Document Scan are used.
Users can also scan documents directly from cloud services and create PDF documents. And they are able to print from mobile devices using Canon’s Easy-PhotoPrint app for Android, iOS and Windows RT.
