CET to Highlight Technological Breakthroughs at RemaxWorld Expo

CET is poised to unveil its groundbreaking water foam lower fuser roller at this year’s RemaxWorld Expo (Booth 3310).

This marks a pioneering move in the aftermarket industry, as CET becomes the first to manufacture compatible products of unparalleled quality by harnessing water foam technology.

According to CET, water foam technology is currently only possessed by three OEMs.

CET asserts its water foam lower fuser roller offers two key advantages:

• Firstly, the water foam pressure deformation is twice that of conventional products, endowing it with enhanced resilience to regain its original shape, thus ensuring excellent fusing performance;
• Secondly, the technology’s joint-pore bubble structure guarantees consistent and stable performance, ultimately prolonging the product’s lifespan.

Additionally, CET will present its in-house-developed double-layer drum cleaning blade, consisting of a softer, compliant layer and a harder, more rigid layer.

In direct contact with the drum surface, the compliant layer effectively eliminates toner particles. In contrast, the harder layer provides vital support and stability to the blade, ensuring a consistent and dependable cleaning performance.

A CET spokesperson emphasized, “The double-layer cleaning blade is pivotal in maintaining print quality by preserving drum cleanliness and preventing toner contamination on subsequent prints.”

Research and Development (R&D)

Production Equipment

The injection molding workshop boasts automated robotic arms, high-precision blow molding equipment, and SUMITOMO injection molding machines, collectively valued at one million USD. This investment guarantees that component products consistently and accurately meet OEM quality and design standards.

Management System

Conceptually, CET has introduced advanced lean production management techniques adopted from Japan. In a systematic approach, the company has integrated the German SAP management system, a top-tier ERP solution, to ensure highly efficient and standardized production processes.
