DELACAMP Approved by ISO 9001 Certification

DELACAMP is a Germany-based company which specializes in the distribution of components for laser printer cartridges in addition to components and spare parts for copier machines.

The company recently announced that its high-performance plastics business unit Convena® Polymers successfully ISO9001: 2015 certified.

ISO 9001 is a voluntary standard for quality management systems, issued by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization.

ISO 9001 has been designed to help organizations ensure that they meet customers’ needs and that quality is consistently improved. The quality management system showing the TÜV Rheinland mark is audited and certified by TÜV Rheinland.

As a founding member of the Network of Remanufactures in Germany, DELACAMP has joined European Toner & Inkjet Remanufacturers Association ETIRA (www.etira.org) on June 2019, in order to play an active role in shaping the future of the industry for imaging equipment re-use and repair.
