Delacamp Chosen Again After 15 Years

Volker Kappius (pictured) says he is delighted Japanese-based Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation (MCC) has chosen again to appoint Delacamp as its sole and exclusive distributor of OPC drums and chemical toners for Europe, CIS, Middle East and Africa.

Delacamp AG is well-regarded, independent supplier of components and consumables to the genuine printer cartridge remanufacturing industry. It was founded in 1879 as a trading company specializing in the trade between Japan and Germany. Since 1960 the company was one of the leading suppliers of uninked fabrics for the production of typewriter ribbons. Nowadays Delacamp specializes in the distribution of components for laser printer cartridges in addition to components and spare parts for copier machines.

“We are very delighted to continue this long-term successful partnership and are proud to mark the 15^th year of successful cooperation with Mitsubishi in 2021,” said Kappius.

He told RT Media, “The Delacamp and Mitsubishi cooperation set the aim to supply the printer cartridge aftermarket with the highest of quality matched OPCs and toner combinations. By prolonging our cooperation both Delacamp and Mistubishi both companies remain committed to supporting the remanufacturing of printer cartridges for the years to come.”

According to Susanne Dannehl (pictured), Sales Manager of Delacamp, 2020 has a difficult year for everyone in the world with the spread of the COVID-19 virus affecting both social life and the global economy. Dannehl was promoted to Sales Manager at the beginning of the year.

“Honestly speaking,” she said, “I expected my first year in the new role to be quite a bit different. However, it makes me very proud of working with such a good team, customers and business-partners that let us get through this challenging situation and year.
