The search is on for a person who can provide outstanding customer care and advice, build lasting relationships with distributors and resellers.

Delacamp AG needs the new person to be based at its Hamburg main office, but be able to speak English fluently. The ability to speak some French and Italian would be helpful as the role will be looking after customers and partners across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Existing customer care and advice.
• Building lasting relationships with distribution and resellers partners.
• Acquisition of new customers and developing new business, mainly within Europe.
• Gathering, consolidating, analyzing and reporting sales and marketing data.

Qualifications:

• Experience in selling office supplies products – preferably in aftermarket printer consumables.
• Knowledge of the compatible or remanufactured printer supplies industry.
• Outstanding communication, negotiating and presentation skills.
• Excellent self-management skills.
• Fluent English (Knowledge of French and/or Italian would also be desirable).
