Epson has teamed up with EKM Global to offer a unified solution for channel partners and print dealers, integrating Epson Remote Services (ERS) with EKM Global’s print and fleet management software. This collaboration, housed within the EKM Global Insight platform, simplifies fleet monitoring and service management by providing users with streamlined access to print management data alongside fleet service alerts.

Epson Remote Services, a complimentary cloud-based monitoring and management system, provides advanced remote diagnostics for Epson business inkjet devices. The platform reduces the need for on-site engineers by enabling remote issue detection and fixes, cutting down CO2 emissions associated with service visits.

With ERS now embedded into its platform, EKM Global offers channel partners and dealers a holistic view of fleet performance while equipping them to address potential service issues proactively—often before an in-person intervention is necessary.

Patrick Perrot of Epson Europe highlighted the company’s commitment to sustainability and collaboration, emphasizing the importance of working with businesses like EKM to enhance print fleet management. He explained that integrating ERS with EKM Global’s platform allows print dealers and resellers to “streamline operations as well as reduce the cost and environmental impact of fleet service.”

Ian Silvester from EKM Global shared that the partnership aligns with their mission to simplify print and fleet management for partners. “Levering ERS within our platform makes it easier and quicker for fleet managers to gain a total view of fleet performance and health, as well as deploying resolutions where needed,” he added.
