As the succeeding models of the high-speed TM-C7500 series, these new products share their predecessor’s core performance, catering to a wide range of industries while satisfying customer demands for improved image quality, ease of use, and environmental friendliness. Epson continues to expand its product lineup to meet the diverse needs of its customers.

Enhanced Image Quality

The new models feature improved paper transport accuracy, resulting in higher print quality and wider range of media they support. The updated paper transport mechanism reduces issues like vertical lines and misalignment, delivering more vivid solid colors and sharper text boundaries.

The Matte Black Model CW-C8020M is designed for use with regular paper, making it suitable for cost-effective information labels and high-quality product labels. In contrast, the Photo Black Model ‘CW-C8020G’ is tailored for glossy paper, providing high-quality printing with superior quick-drying capabilities. Both models enhance media flexibility and deliver superior print quality, catering to different labeling needs with precision.

Improved Usability and Environmental Compatibility

Epson has focused on enhancing both the usability and environmental impact of these printers. All functions users need to access, including the operational interface, the ink and paper replacement areas, are consolidated at the front, enabling smooth operations from one side. The 2.7-inch color LCD panel allows users to easily configure settings such as IP addresses and Wi-Fi connections.

The printers also feature a large-capacity ink pack system, which holds approximately 1.6 times more ink than traditional cartridges, minimizing effort for replacing ink. Additionally, this system reduces plastic usage by approximately 75% and decreases waste volume by about 85%, contributing to environmental sustainability.

High Productivity

Thanks to the four-color PrecisionCore line head, the new printers offer maximum print speeds of up to 300mm per second. This line head technology enables fast full-color printing, meeting the demands for high-quality and large-volume production with exceptional efficiency.
