Everything You Need to Prepare to Attend RemaxWorld Expo

As the RemaxWorld Expo approaches in October 2024, organisers are reminding visitors it’s time to start planning their trip to Zhuhai, China.

This article provides a comprehensive guide about everything they must prepare before attending RemaxWorld 2024.

Whether a first-time attendee or a seasoned visitor, this guide helps ensure all to be prepared for the world’s largest printer supplies and consumables expo.

Pre-registration

Those who pre-register online get FREE tickets. In addition, visitors should prepare a copy of their passport and bring it to the venue as a precautionary measure in case of an emergency.

Only pre-registered participants can be expo VIPs and enjoy services, including the VIP Expo-Entry lane, free entry to the RemaxWorld VIP lounge, and other exclusive surprises.

Get Ready to Network

Networking is one of the key reasons to attend the RemaxWorld Expo. Every visitor should:

• bring enough business cards: they’ll meet numerous people in the industry, and it’s crucial to leave a lasting impression.
• update their LinkedIn profile: Many connections at the expo will check their online presence afterwards.
• prepare all necessary social media apps. It is highly recommended to download WeChat, a mainstream social app in China, before attending the Expo. It is an effective tool to engage with suppliers after they return home.

Dates and Location

Every visitor should mark their calendars for October 17–19, 2024.

The event will take place at the Zhuhai International Convention & Exhibition Center.

Located near Zhuhai’s beautiful coastline, the venue is easily accessible from various points in the city.

RemaxWorld Summit 2024

This year’s theme, “What in the World is Happening?” will cover topics ranging from technological advancements and evolving market demands to trade threats and unpredictable global events.

How to Get to the Venue

Shuttle bus

This year, a customized shuttle bus service is available for visitors who have made hotel reservations through the organizer, based on the passenger information provided in the hotel reservation form.

By taking a shuttle bus, visitors will get off at the venue’s parking lot with all the other participants on the same bus.

Taxi

Please search for Zhuhai International Exhibition Center or, more conveniently, show the Chinese name of the venue – 珠海国际会展中心 to the driver.

Visitors will get off at the location marked on the map below. After that, they need to walk for a few minutes to Gate A1 to enter the venue.

Floor Plan

Visitors can click here to download the floor plan in advance so that they will not lose their direction at the venue, making the visit to the Expo more effective.

Visitors can enter the venue at either Gate A1 or Gate A3, and get their VIP badge at the locations marked in the floor plan.

If visitors have not registered online in advance, they can still obtain tickets onsite.

Travel Logistics

Visas

Those travelling from a country that requires a visa to enter China should gather all necessary documents early, including flight tickets, itinerary and invitation letters (available from the RemaxWorld Expo team at remaxworld@rtmworld.com).

Flights

Domestic flights can be booked to Zhuhai Jinwan Airport. Those flying in from international destinations will come through airports in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong or Macau.

Local Transportation

Once in Zhuhai, there are plenty of taxi and ride-hailing options to get visitors to the venue. The city is also very pedestrian-friendly, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.
