Fed Up Recharger to Fine Collectors of Clones

Spanish remanufacturer Consuprint has decided to charge the empties collectors if they provide clones, reported the Recycler. Javier Martinez at Consuprint says he will charge 15 Euros, or 21 US dollars, for each clone he receives.

As was revealed, Consuprint stated clones violate the IP rights of the manufacturers. Also, it opined that those products, which are bad for the environment and will put his workers at risk, would not be suitable for reuse.

Further, Consuprint stated it is not responsible for any damages caused by these clones.
