Fiery Introduces Advanced Controllers for Xerox PrimeLink C9200

Fiery, LLC, a provider of digital front ends (DFEs) and workflow software, has introduced two dedicated Fiery DFEs for the Xerox PrimeLink C9200 Series Printers. These DFEs are designed to improve productivity, image quality, brand color accuracy, and workflow efficiency across production and office printing applications.

By integrating Fiery’s DFE technology with Xerox’s PrimeLink C9200 Series, users can achieve consistent and high-quality results. With this launch, most of Xerox’s production lineup now runs on the latest Fiery FS600 Pro software platform, ensuring enhanced functionality, exclusive Xerox features, and uniform performance across print environments.

Enhanced Image Quality

The PrimeLink C9200 Series, powered by Fiery, combines Xerox’s toner technology and imaging system with Fiery Edge color technology and 10-bit imaging. This combination enables smooth gradients, precise reproduction of fine lines and overprints, and vibrant output across various media types.

Fiery DFEs help users achieve accurate brand colors regardless of the file source, whether from Microsoft Office or Adobe Creative Suite. An optional one-step color management tool simplifies calibration and profile creation, making it easier to maintain consistent print quality.

Simplified Printing

The Fiery Driven PrimeLink C9200 Series supports various printing options, including the customizable Fiery Driver, Xerox Global Print Driver, and standard workflow automation tools. The Xerox-exclusive Fiery JobExpert automatically selects optimal printer settings to reduce errors and ensure correct output. Additionally, Xerox FreeFlow Core users can integrate Fiery JobExpert for streamlined job preparation.

Improved Productivity
Fiery DFEs include features that enhance efficiency and add value to print jobs. The combination of Fiery Impose and the PrimeLink C9200 Series’ auto-duplexing capabilities allows for precise multi-up applications. Users can also leverage Fiery FreeForm Create, a free application for producing variable-data print jobs such as direct mail and personalized envelopes.

Seamless Integration

The Fiery DFEs for the PrimeLink C9200 Series integrate with Xerox’s management tools, including Xerox Standard Accounting, Xerox Workplace Suite, and Xerox Workplace Cloud, as well as third-party print management applications such as Equitrac, Kofax, YSoft, and PaperCut. Advanced security features ensure data protection, access control, and network security.
