Fuji Xerox Opens Document Facility in Singapore
Fuji Xerox Singapore has opened a Fuji Xerox Document Technology Center in Singapore with a 10,000-square-foot data center and production facility that will support its delivery of document management solutions and services to local businesses.
According to enterpriseinnovation.com, the new facility streamlines document-related operations and will house end-to-end capabilities to drive multi-channel communications with advanced automated process for businesses in Singapore—from capturing and processing incoming documents and data from customers, to disseminating customized content to customers, and providing easy online access to both customers and service staff for quick information retrieval.
Furthermore, the facility will be able to handle the printing and delivery of essential mail documents to end-users, including utility and telecommunication invoices as well as bank statements. It will also be able to digitalize and automatically process corporate clients’ invoicing work, deliver information on behalf of businesses to their end-users through multiple channels such as email and mobile, and compile a database of scanned paper documents, managing and storing them for businesses.
With this new center, local businesses in Singapore will be able to leverage the close proximity of the center to accelerate the transition to multi-channel, mobile and interactive 24/7 communications with their customers, and expand their businesses with increased productivity and efficiency.
