Fuji Xerox Australia shuts down Mascot warehouse, reveals new facility
Fuji Xerox Australia (FXA) has closed its Mascot warehouse as a result of further consolidations within the business.
FXA regional and local support service and the customer training team will relocate from Mascot to the new center located in Rosehill, which is roughly a 40-minute drive from the Sydney suburb.
The new 8,852 square meters facility will accommodate an “extra” 70 people, FXA said in a statement. A customized lab environment for customer support and an updated showroom will also be hosted in the new warehouse.
The relocation marks a pivotal moment for the Fuji Xerox Australia business, positioning it well for future growth, according to Rhys Huett, general manager of supply chain and customer support at Fuji Xerox Australia.
“The unification of our teams will better position Fuji Xerox Australia to meet the current and future expectations of our customers, and the competitive pressures of today’s market.
