Fujifilm Adds Two Remanufactured Printers to ApeosPort C Series
Fujifilm Asia Pacific has announced the launch of two new A3 color remanufactured multifunction printers: the ApeosPort-VII C5573 R and C3373 R. These models, set to be available from November 21 in the Asia Pacific region, are designed with an emphasis on resource reuse and sustainability.
Guaranteed Quality
The ApeosPort-VII C5573 R and C3373 R are built using previously used machines collected from customers. These machines undergo a thorough evaluation to determine whether they should be reused or recycled based on their condition. Components deemed suitable for reuse are cleaned, repaired, and reassembled, while parts that cannot be reused are sent to recycling partners. Each remanufactured printer undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure quality and reliability are maintained.
Reduced Environmental Impact
The remanufactured printers feature an impressive 84% reuse rate by weight and reduce lifecycle emissions by 53% compared to standard models. Fujifilm also utilizes blast technology to remove yellowing from used plastic covers, ensuring maximum material reuse. This process aligns with Fujifilm’s commitment to resource circulation and climate action.
User-friendly Experience
The ApeosPort-VII C5573 R and C3373 R are designed for enhanced user experience, featuring a 10.1-inch operation panel with tilt functionality for intuitive touch operations similar to smartphones. Other user-friendly features include a center tray notification light and a gently closing paper tray.
Key Features
- Printing speeds of 55 ppm and 35 ppm for color and monochrome pages, respectively
- Duplex automatic document feeder with a scanning speed of 154 ppm
- Toner with a lower fusing temperature and a print resolution of 1200 × 2400 dpi
- Smart WelcomEyes feature that automatically wakes the machine from sleep mode when users are detected

Since 1995, Fujifilm has been committed to a resource circulation initiative, integrating reuse and recycling technologies into its product lifecycle. Through these efforts, the company continues to promote a circular economy and environmental sustainability.
