G&G Releases Reman Wide-format Ink Cartridges for Epson Printers

Ninestar brand G&G has introduced remanufactured ink cartridges for use in Epson wide-format inkjet devices. G&G claims the new release is an IP-safe solution for ’749 patent.

Powered by strong R&D, G&G, the IP leader in aftermarket, boasts that it can keep your online listings safe without marketplace takedowns. According to G&G, its empties are authorized with import license from the government and comply with the First Sale Doctrine.

Since November 2016, Epson had reportedly filed 23 patent-infringement complaints aiming at cleaning up online marketplaces of infringement. In the latest lawsuit filed on February 18, 2022, Epson accused an online seller of infringing its U.S. patent 8,794,749 (’749), which was covered by the 337-TA-946 investigation Epson won in 2016.

The ’749 patent involves Epson wide-format ink cartridges T6897, T6941, T6531 and T6891.

Previously, G&G offered its patented workaround solution for Canon’s EP ‘931.

According to G&G, the solution is first to market, which can ensure stable outstanding printing performance while avoiding marketplace takedowns.
