GPI to Showcase New Products and Jumbo Solutions at RemaxWorld Expo
GPI will showcase a series of new products this year at the RemaxWorld Expo (booth number:1115), which will be held from October 12-14, 2023.
According to GPI, the premium compatible solutions include:
- TK-5430/5432/5440/5442 for use in Kyocera Mita Ecosys PA2100c/MA2100c,
- TNP 90/91 for use in Konica Minolta Bizhub 4050I/4700I/4750I,
- and compatible toner cartridges for use in Xerox VersaLink C500/C505/C600/C605 and Ricoh IM C530 printers.
In addition, the latest news is that GPI’s development of the alternative of TK-3300/3400/3410/3430/3440 for use in Kyocera Mita Ecosys MA4500/5500/6000 and PA4500/5000/5500/6000 has just completed. Multiple life tests were carried out, and the OEM compatibility was qualified. The company says it can process made-to-order very soon and is preparing inventory for its overseas warehouse in the Netherlands soon.
“Our products are popular and well received in the aftermarket because we not only respect intellectual property but also design real IP-friendly products while creating a user-friendly experience,” said the spokesperson of GPI. Take the TNP 90/91 compatible toner cartridges for example, the friendly handle design provides a firmer hold and an easier installation for users.
“Besides, we’re dedicated to providing OEM-equivalent printing performance, applying strict tests to control incoming raw materials. Through rigorous and multiple life tests, we make sure that all crucial criteria are examined and qualified including density, yield, compatibility with OEM toner, and consumables,” the spokesperson added.
“To maintain the consistency of product quality, we ensure production procedures comply with ISO standards. All molds applied to the plastic injection are GPI-owned, ensuring consistency and quality control. Our conformity in REACH, RoHS, DecaBDE, TiO2, and ISTA standards create the greatest reliability for customers for decades,” said the spokesperson.
For those who are looking for jumbo toner cartridges, GPI claims to be able to provide bespoke solutions.
“Our engineers will evaluate the feasibility and customize a jumbo version for customers by their specific needs,” said the spokesperson.
GPI claims it has tailored several extra-large toner cartridges for customers, such as Kyocera Mita TK-3160 XL compatible toner cartridges for use in Ecosys P3045DN, P3145, M3145, and M3645 models.
To help distributors stand out in the market, GPI offers translucent toner cartridges under its brand name, Cartridge Web, for customers’ choices.
“Users can differentiate the extraordinary-designed toner cartridges from other competitors through a glance of it,” said the spokesperson.
In addition, GPI also provides free marketing support for exclusive distributors. For instance, it helped design catalogs based on the distributor’s needs of each region.
GPI with its brand, Cartridge Web, has earned its reputation through decades of dedication to OEM-equivalent printing performance and quality in the aftermarket.
A leading manufacturer with more than 30 years of experience in the imaging industry, the company has over 60 in-house engineers to review the patents thoroughly and develop the best alternative products.
Determined to be part of the greener earth, GPI has spent an enormous amount of time and effort to evaluate and develop eco-friendly products. In 2021, the company implemented its GO GREEN plan. The plan is to manufacture eco-friendly cartridges by using recycled post-consumer plastic. GPI emphasizes that waste toner boxes made from over 80 percent recycled plastic had been added into the GO GREEN product line.
“While going green, we maintain the same strict standard for quality, providing users with identical printing performances and a sufficient supply. Even though applying PCR to the product, the cartridge strength is uncompromised through the examination of tests,” said the spokesperson.
In addition, the company also updated its packaging materials from cheaper EPE foam to costlier recyclable paperboard. Further, the company plans to replace the plastic bags used in disposing of empty toner with recycled plastic bags for the whole product range. GPI claims that all the applications of greener packaging are compliant with the dropping test standards of ISTA.
