HP Introduces Print AI for Enhanced Functionality

At HP Imagine, HP announced the first AI-empowered print solution in the industry, the HP Print AI, which can eliminate hassles, simplify print workflow, and support customization. As one of the main features of HP Print AI, the Perfect Output function is now available for trail use via an exclusive beta test programme.

Intelligent Print Output

Prints directly from webpages constitute a large proportion of total printing tasks, according to HP. However, most users report the experience of webpage printing as hardly satisfactory, claiming issues including unwanted texts and ads, improper blank spaces and splits, and wrong font and image sizes. These problems can now be solved by the Perfect Output function, which automatically deletes unnecessary contents and prints what the users desire.

Customized Printing Experience

HP Print AI will also provide tailored experience based on user’s habits. As long as users turn on their printers, the AI will anticipate printing needs and prepare setup in advance, reducing the waiting time. By applying natural language and contextual awareness, the AI can remember users’ preferences and provide customization accordingly.

Support for Creative Work

With HP Print AI, users can now creatively edit photos printed. The creation can be as simple as giving prompts, and AI can perform as requested, choosing layouts, switching styles, and adding fonts. Moreover, it can provide optimization suggestions and correct your images. Once the design is finished, users can also select from a list of partners capable of offering dedicated prints to meet various demands.

Facilitate Business Workflow

For commercial printing businesses, HP also introduced the HP Scan AI Enhanced with expanded functions. This solution primarily reinforces scanning capabilities, which can detect the document scanned and extract key information on it. This solution will greatly assist small and medium sized businesses with a large amount of entries. By leveraging HP Scan AI Enhanced, companies can now save the time of manually entering customer entries and managing its inventory.

The HP Print AI is now available through an exclusive beta test, testing the feature of Perfect Output feature. Other functions will be launched subsequently throughout 2025.
