HP Supports United States Air Force’s Printing Initiative Again
HP announced it has received a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement from the United States Air Force (USAF). Under the agreement, HP will provide its single-function and multifunction printers and consumables for USAF’s Digital Printing and Imaging initiative (DPI).
HP’s products selected include: HP LaserJet Enterprise M4555fskm, HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow M680z, HP Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow M880z, HP Color LaserJet Enterprise 775z, HP Digital Sender Flow 8500 fn1, HP LaserJet Enterprise P3015dn Printer, HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 Printer M 603dn, HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 color Printer M551dn, and HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M651dn Printer.
HP received the same agreement in 2008. HP said, “The new five-year agreement reconfirmed trust in HP’s proven ability to assess and manage imaging and printing devices and processes on a global scale.”
John Solomon, Senior Vice President for Printing and Personal Systems and Managing Director for Americas at HP, noted, “HP continues to advance printing and imaging technology to meet the most challenging demands for our customers around the world. HP’s selection by the United States Air Force is a true testament to our ability to provide consistent, comprehensive and reliable solutions throughout the years.”
