HP Updates Its Services and Solutions

International researcher Photizo reported that HP has released new and expanded services as well as solutions to make it easier to maintain HP printers. The new services include SureSupply Express and SureSupply Auto-Delivery which aim at “automating the supplies ordering of small- to medium-sized businesses”.

As was revealed, HP’s partner MPS program is “further expanding its geographic coverage across 20 countries and expanding its capabilities in existing regions”. Also, the OEM is further expanding its Express Decision Portal to channel partners.

Analysts object such moves “help HP protect its dominant market position as well as seed new opportunities for future harvest”. They kindly remind competitors of watching closely the new moves taken by the OEM.
