Hubei Dinglong to Acquire Speed Infotech (Beihai) Co., Ltd

As RT Media read from a public announcement, Chinese aftermarket manufacturer Hubei Dinglong is planning to acquire Speed Infotech (Beihai) Co., Ltd.

According to the official announcement, Dinglong has issued application for suspension to Shenzhen Stock Exchange to avoid significant impact on the company’s share price and protect the interests of investors. Suspension began on June 19, 2019 at 13:00.

The acquisition will purchase 59% equity of Speed Infotech, and Speed Infotech promised an average annual growth rate of not less than 20% in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Speed Infotech is a manufacturer recycled inkjet and toner cartridges with 18 years’ history. In 2018, the company launched its “refurbished” copier machine.
