HYB Beat the Reman Konica Minolta DU105 Drum

According to China-based HaoYinBao Group Co., Ltd (HYB), its newly released, remanufactured Konica Minolta drum units deal with the issue of excessive DecaBDEs found in some of its competitors’ products.

HYB’s remanufactured drum can be used in Konica Minolta Bizhub Press C1060, C1070, C71hc, AccurioPress C2070, and Konica Minolta AccurioPress C83hc devices.

HYB’s code for this product is HYB-KM-DU105. As for drum units, HYB claimed it has sourced drum cartridges in good condition and rebuilt them with long life OPCs to be able to guarantee the yield of the products. It is estimated the HYB-KM-DU105 will yield 410K pages.

“Concern about IP and material safety are the two single important factors buyers are concerned about,” said Kim Lee (pictured below), Sales Director of HYB. “These two factors come together with Quality Assurance with HYB products.” Lee explained tougher regulations, particularly in Europe and the USA, regarding excessive DecaBDE have limited some of the products manufactured by HYB’s competitors. He added that HYB has been the first choice for 700 importers in 77 countries for HYB copier toner cartridges because they can trust the quality.

“We have developed more than 2700 SKUs for injection, blow molding production and the products we supply are not just for leading manufacturers who fill their own copier cartridges but also for the 75% of cartridges produced at the HYB facility,” he added.

HYB’s customers and business are mainly with dealers who have high expectations and demands when they compare HYB’s toner and spare parts against the OEM genuine products.  According to Lee, “HYB has been working on the development of premium quality toner, developers and drum units for copiers and had produced the most up-to-date catalogues in the industry. He said it’s important for HYB to develop new items and assure its distributors HYB can be the place to carry a full range of the latest and quality assured products.

More products will be approved for release in October and HYB claimed it is ready to supply new products to its customers to complete their catalogue for the beginning of 2021.
