HYB to Provide UKCA Marking Products to UK Market
HYB to Provide UKCA Marking Products to UK Market
In response to European new requirements regarding health, safety and environmental protection standards, HYB offers to apply the UKCA label for customers in the U.K., where the original CE mark is replaced by UKCA marking as a result of Brexit.
Meanwhile, HYB claims it will continue to provide CE labelled products for customers in European Union in compliance with relevant standards.
It is said that HYB Group’s factory, based in Zhuhai, has tested its products. The result shows that their products complied with BS EN IEC 61000-6-3:2021, BS EN IEC 61000-6-1:2019 standards. HYB also claimed that it recently received the certification of compliance, which covers a list of its toner cartridges.
Background
The UKCA marking replaces the EU wide CE mark certification of a manufacturer’s conformity with European health, safety and environmental protection standards. As a result of Brexit, the U.K. is replacing the CE mark with the new UKCA marking for Great Britain. UKCA marking enables manufacturers to demonstrate that their products have met UK product standards and will replace the CE labelling that was used during the UK’s membership of the European Union.
