InkTank Launches Its 40th Automated Line

With a production area covering 23,000 square meters, Ink-Tank has now 40 fully-automated production lines and 42 injection moulding machines installed.

The production lines have the capacity to manufacture 11 million inkjet ink cartridges every month, or 132 million units per year.

In addition, Ink-Tank claims its products have passed ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 International Environmental Management System certification.

“Now we have about 120 domestic and foreign patents approved,” said Ivy Zhang (pictured) a spokesperson for InkTank and featured on the Ink-Tank RT RemaxWorld video below. Zhang is Sales Manager, Ink-Tank (legally known as Zhuhai National Resources and JingJie Printing Technology Company Limited).

“We have purchased more than 3,000 printers from all over the world to test the product quality. Our company has a professional testing team to ensure a 100% pass in all tests before delivery, Zhang added.”

Ink Tank also has a warehouse and chip upgrade centre in Europe and America for faster delivery and better after-sales service.

Based on printer shipment data from IDC, Ink Tank help customers understand market trends and improve customer sales competitiveness.

“Nowadays we’re selling in more than 150 countries, serving over 5000 customers totally all over the world, mainly in Europe, Japan, Oceania, America, Africa, Asia, occupying 20% of the compatible market,” she added

Ink Tank’s compatible products are suitable for brands like Epson, Canon, HP, Brother, and Lexmark series printers with a full product range.
