Judges Pick Epson as Winner – Others Named Too

Buyers Laboratory (BLI), part of the Keypoint Intelligence group, has named the pick of printers and copiers.

The twice-a-year Pick Awards identify the devices that gave the best performances in BLI’s extensive suite of lab tests during the previous six months.

On this occasion, the BLI Winter 2020 Printer/MFP Pick awards went to Epson, Fuji Xerox, HP, Ricoh, and Sharp.

Epson EcoTank ET-2760

BLI awarded the Epson EcoTank printers with two accolades in the BLI Winter 2020 Pick awards. The Epson EcoTank ET-2760 was honored for “Outstanding Personal Color Inkjet All-in-One” and the EcoTank ET-4760 as “Outstanding SOHO Color Inkjet All-in-One” in the Printer/MFP category.

Buyers Lab credited both the EcoTank ET-2760 and ET-4760 for providing customers with an efficient solution with an extremely low cost per page on replacement ink, as well as outstanding performance, functionality, and overall image quality. Buyers Lab Pick products are selected based on rigorous testing, including an extensive durability assessment and evaluation of key attributes such as usability, image quality, and value. The products and solutions that provide the most outstanding performance with the highest evaluation scores are awarded a Pick award within their respective industry category.

Epson EcoTank ET-4760 is targetted at home office environments

All told, BLI awarded five OEMs with 10 awards for printer devices. In addition to Epson (2 devices), awards were given to Fuji Xerox (1), HP (4), Ricoh (1), and Sharp (2). It also handed out 15 awards to Kyocera (3 devices), Sharp (12 devices) in the copier category.
