Konica Minolta India Expands to Tier 1 & 2 Cities

Konica Minolta Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (Konica) announced it is entering into tier 1 & 2 cities of this region, with the launch of its new A4 category products at Jalandhar (Punjab). For Punjab distribution, Konica Minolta has partnered with PK International of Jalandhar.

Launched under three categories, this new range of printers by Konica included the monochrome series (pagepro), the mid-range monochrome series (bizhub) and the colour series (magicolor). Konica noted that these A4 printers, including Pagepro1500W, Pagepro 1590MF, Magicolor 1600W and Magicolor 1690MF, feature compact size and high reliability for any small office or home setting. Plus, they are now available in the market, priced between 5,000 INR (about USD $82) and 40,000 INR (about USD $660).

Mr. Tadahiko Sumitani, Konica’s Managing Director, said, “In partnership with established distribution companies in Tier 1 & 2 cities, we would like to take our products into the interior parts of the country to be able to provide printing solutions to a wider customer base.”
