Konica Minolta to Open 5 Business Innovation Centers

Konica Minolta plans to set up Business Innovation Centers (BICs) in its five key regional markets, including North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, China and Japan. Each new center will focus on how to develop new services for the customer needs and managing “the entire lifecycle of new service business development”. It will be closely collaborating with a diverse range of entities, such as research institutes, partner companies, and startups during the development process.

The first BIC for the Asia Pacific has been launched in Singapore.
