Kyocera China Recalls Copier Cassette

Kyocera Documents Solutions Inc. (China) (Kyocera China) has submitted a recall plan to the State Administration of Markets and Administration, to recall some paper feeding cassettes of Kyocera copiers. The cassettes model is PF-410, for use in KM-1620, KM-1635, KM-1648, KM-1650, KM-2020, KM-2035, KM-2050, KM-2550 series copiers.

The total number of products affected in mainland China is 3,700. The recalled cassettes has been assembled and disassembled many times, and the connector may be damaged. There is a fire hazard due to the high temperature of the chips.

Kyocera will release the recall plan on its official website for the products within the range, and will provide free repair and rectification service for the external control panel for free.
