Kyocera Document Solutions America has introduced a new series of ECOSYS A4 color printers and multifunction printers (MFPs), designed to support hybrid and remote work environments.

These devices, including the ECOSYS MA2600cwfx, ECOSYS MA2600cwx, ECOSYS MA2101cwfx, ECOSYS PA2600cwx, and ECOSYS PA2101cwx, are tailored for home offices and small workspaces. They offer robust performance, including print speeds of up to 27 pages per minute (ppm) for the MA2600 series and 22 ppm for the MA2101 series, making them suitable for users who require high-quality output with low total cost of ownership.

Designed for ease of use, these models feature an intuitive 2.7-inch or 4.3-inch touch panel, and their Wi-Fi setup and Quick Setup Utility make installation simple and quick. Kyocera has focused on improving the user experience, providing devices that are easy to integrate into digital workflows. Additionally, the ECOSYS series is compatible with the Kyocera Cloud Access (KCA) utility, allowing seamless integration with third-party cloud storage services like Google Drive, enhancing collaboration and productivity.

The ECOSYS MA2600cwfx series also includes built-in security features like secure boot, RTIC, and SIEM, which ensure the safety of printed and scanned data. These advanced security functions help businesses safeguard sensitive information, a crucial feature for any modern workplace.

In line with Kyocera’s ECOSYS philosophy, these devices are eco-friendly and economical, with long-life components that reduce the need for maintenance. The design eliminates the need for drums and maintenance kits, lowering operational costs and supporting sustainability efforts. The new models aim to enhance workflows and boost productivity while maintaining a focus on low running costs and sustainability.

This release in the US follows Kyocera’s earlier launches in Europe and Japan and reinforces the company’s continued push into the A4 color segment, a market where Kyocera aims to compete more effectively against other brands targeting the growing hybrid workforce. With the new ECOSYS A4 printers and MFPs, Kyocera is setting the stage for improved productivity and cost-effective printing in smaller and remote business environments.
