Kyocera Invests in Manchester, UK Office
Printer manufacturer Kyocera Document Solutions opened a new office at Chancery Place in Manchester, UK. The business is a division of Japan-based Kyocera. The firm invested £1 million on the ground floor, with a mezzanine floor of 4,000 square feet.
The Manchester Base will act as a showroom, a Northern sales office and as a center for Kyocera’s 10 North West dealers. It also plans to offer meeting and function rooms for open use.
Kyocera’s Managing Director Jun Okumura said at a launch event that the company has accomplished 77% sales growth in the last three years. “Manchester is a business hub which will give us the momentum to deliver us to the next level as a company,” he added.
The office will be run by National Dealer Manager Peter Lunn.
