Kyocera Launches New Ecosys A4 Printers
Kyocera announced that it has added three new models to its ECOSYS series, including one monochrome A4 printer PA4000wx and two monochrome A4 MFPs MA400wifx / MA4000xfx.
The new additions feature productivity, cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency. The compact design and WLAN setting makes them ideal for small and medium sized businesses. For the WLAN function, it can support band frequency up to 5GHz and protocols including IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac, which ensure speedy and stable communications in office environments.
For the two MFP models, more functions are added and some are further enhanced. By incorporating Kyocera’s unique technologies, the MFPs boast parts with longer life spans, significantly reducing replacement needed in regular maintenance. In addition, the machine can stop copying documents and sending data immediately once it detects any folded paper, eliminating damages caused by paper jam.
To appeal to some recently growing demands, Kyocera address them with newly added features. Those who value workflow simplification can now benefit from the Kyocera Cloud Access on the new MFPs, which enable users to connect to Google Drive directly and access cloud documents by operating on the panels. For the more concerning security issues, Kyocera introduces the TPM (Trusted Platform Module). This module is a chip that can encrypt data and save them in one dedicated zone where external devices cannot access. In this way, it can protect confidential information from potential hacking and attacks.
