Latest Chinese Printing Consumables Export Data Released
The Guangdong Printer Consumable Association has released its export statistics for Chinese printer consumables in 2023.
Compared to the third quarter, the export numbers for all printer consumables saw declines in the fourth quarter, with Guangdong experiencing a more significant downturn compared to the national average.

In 2023, Guangdong maintained its dominant position in the Chinese printer industry, with total exports amounting to CNY ¥20.617 billion (USD $2.86 billion), representing 60.5% of the national total. Shandong narrowly surpassed Jiangsu to rank second, while Liaoning entered the top 10, replacing Guangxi.
Throughout 2023, the majority of laser/copier consumables were exported to the USA, followed by Japan, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, and Mexico. Notably, exports to Hong Kong primarily comprised entrepot trades. In terms of inkjet consumables, the top five export destinations from China were India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore, all located in Asia.
