LMI Set to Produce 50% More

One of the largest cartridge remanufacturers in the US—-LMI Solutions—expects to expand its production capabilities by 50%.

The expansion, which includes adding production lines in brand new state of the art facilities to provide larger throughput of their branded products, will be completed by the end of 2015.

LMI told Recycling Times this plan comes on the heels of one of the largest job fairs in the imaging industry that drew over 200 applicants for new positions at LMI in sales, customer support, operations, cartridge remanufacturing and recycling.

Gary Willert (pictured), President and CEO of LMI Solutions says it’s an exciting time for the company which continues to gain market share, especially in color. Willert says “Our growth is a direct reflection of how LMI dealers are growing their businesses winning more monochrome and color pages under contract.”

Willert explains there’s a huge profit opportunity right now for LMI’s dealers, especially in color.
