Memjet claims that it has entered into a long-term, global agreement with FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc. to cross-license their patents and their respective affiliates’ patents relating to inkjet technologies. Terms of the agreement remain confidential.
Memjet CEO Sunil Gupta commented, “We are pleased to enter into this agreement with FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc. as we extend our cooperation with the major inkjet players for the benefit of customers worldwide. Memjet will continue to maintain and strengthen our broad portfolio of patents, which protect our significant innovations in pagewide inkjet technologies over the past two decades.”
