MSE, BTA Sponsors FIX Workshop

Micro Solutions Enterprises (MSE), a global leader in patented re-engineered aftermarket toner cartridges, announced it has successfully held BTA FIX Cost Management for Service 2.0 at the MSE corporate headquarters in Van Nuys, California.

According to MSE, the FIX Workshop covered topics such as “first call completion and proven management and customer service programs”. Also, MPS and IT issues are addressed and new management skills are provided to help transiting staffs to the realities of solution-based servicing.

Luke Goldberg, Senior VP at MSE, said, “We thought hosting the BTA FIX event was a worthwhile investment for MSE and the attending dealers. It was a mutual learning experience and provided a great venue for networking, education, and ultimately creating stronger relationships. We thank BTA and the attendees for their openness and participation.”

At the event sponsored by the BTA and MSE, Luke Goldberg introduced the history of the company and its differentiators. After Luke’s speech, attendees were toured to the MSE production center and automation labs, with firsthand MSE’s investment into technology, engineering, and QC shown.
