Ninestar Develops New Technology for Aftermarket Brother Toner Cartridges

Ninestar Image Tech Limited (Ninestar), a sales subsidiary of the Seine Group, announced the launch of two new gasket units fixed on both ends of the developer roller (DR) for Brother 750 series toner cartridges. The company claims that this new technological innovation—which can be expected as a  one-of-its-kind solution in the global aftermarket—will help “reduce the wastage of drum kits and improve printing performance significantly”.

As revealed by Ninestar, the units will help reduce the friction between the OPC drum and the DR, and improve the torque of the cartridge to 2.5Kg for Brother 780 high page yield cartridges. Also, Ninestar noted that “the solution has already been protected by patent registrations.”

In addition to naming the aftermarket Brother 750 series toner cartridges as its star products in 2013, Ninestar believes its technology will solve the critical defects existing in common products available in the aftermarket.
