Ninestar Responds to HP Lawsuit

Like the rest of the industry, Ninestar has learned that HP filed a patent infringement lawsuit against them in the Northern District of California.

However, they say they have not been officially served any complaint.

Allegedly,  the patents-at-issue are U.S. Patent Nos. 6,089,687; 6,264,301; and 6,454,381.

Ninestar told Recycling Times Media it always respects the intellectual property rights owned by any third party.

Meanwhile, Ninestar, well known in the industry for its persistence and significant investment in technology development and patents, claims to be “quite confident with our products and our technology as well.”

Ninestar says it will engage experience lawyers and work will work closely to resolve any dispute.  They point out they will always “think first to protect our valued customers.”
