Nominations Boom for RT Global Imaging Awards

Since July 1, hundreds of nominations have been received for the RT Global Imaging Awards. Individuals, organizations, and companies from 10 different countries have already proactively nominated those who deserve to be honored for their significant contributions.

There are 12 awards to be presented this year. Anyone can nominate any individual, organization, or company in any category.

Recommended Award

Among all these awards, RT would like to particularly recommend a glorious award: Diamond Pioneer Award.

Art Diamond (pictured, 1930-2016) was a pioneer of the printer and imaging supplies industry. The Diamond Pioneer Award was set up in 2016 to commemorate the vision he had for leadership, innovation and dedicated workmanship.

This award is intended to celebrate and acknowledge those who demonstrate a distinctive spirit of enterprise, innovation, or entrepreneurship that propels the industry forward.

One of his children, either Glenn or Eve Diamond, presents the award via video each year to the worthy individual.

Arnald Ho, the founder of Print-Rite, was the first Diamond Pioneer Award recipient in 2016. Ho was the first remanufacturer in China. Under his leadership, Print-Rite has researched and holds over 3,000 patents.

Other recipients have included Ed Swartz (posthumously), Jackson Wang, William“Skip” London, Mike Josiah, and Jim Cerkleski.

RT remains committed to looking for and honoring those advancing the industry with a unique spirit of enterprise, innovation, or entrepreneurship.

Nominations Called

All industry participants are invited to nominate print consumables companies, organizations or individuals that have, in their view, made a significant contribution to one or more of the 12 Global Imaging Awards.

An undisclosed panel of international judges has been invited to select the final winners from the nominations provided. Judges will carefully select the winners based on the reasons for which they were nominated.

The 12 industry awards winners will be officially announced in the ceremony during the RemaxWorld Expo in Zhuhai on October 12, 2023.
