OKI Rolls Out New MFPs for Medium to Large Workgroups

Oki Systems (UK) Ltd. launched its new line of A4 color multifunction printers (MFPs), the MC700 Series. With an open platform, the new enterprise class products provide additional levels of business productivity, which enhances document workflow integration and management across the business.

The MC700 Series printers are available with OKI’s smart Extendable Platform (sXP) feature, an open platform that enables customization of the user interface to integrate all document-related tasks seamlessly into the organization’s enterprise document workflow. The business is able to move from a manual, paper-based workflow to an automated digital flow. Thereby it offers improved productivity and increased workflow efficiency.

Mr. Lowes added, “Different organizations have diverse priorities. Some will focus on productivity and efficiency gains, while others will look to identify and control print usage or look for an environmentally-friendly solution with low running and maintenance costs. In each case, OKI’s highly flexible range of color MFPs can be tailored to meet all these differing demands.”

The MC700 Series includes: MC760dn, MC760dnfax and MC770dnfax.  All of these printers have an integrated convenience stapler to allow users to walk up, collect and staple their prints. All models come with a tiltable 9″ (23cm), color LCD touch screen for intuitive and easy use and can have a maximum capacity up to 3,160 sheets of paper from up to 5 paper sources.

The MC700 Series offer print speeds of 40ppm and both the scanner and the print engine are based on OKI’s LED technology. Other enterprise-class functionality includes duplex printing and scanning, support for multiple scan destinations and high speed fax on all but the MC760dn. These eco-friendly MFPs have advanced security features including an encrypted hard disk, secure PIN printing, data encryption and disk wiping and secure print with card release options.

Each product has an Oki Systems three-year warranty upon registration of the product within 30 days of purchase.
