Parts Now Acquires The Bradshaw Group

Parts Now LLC (Middleton, Wisconsin) completed its acquisition of The Bradshaw Group Inc., a leading distributor of desktop laser and production printer parts and supplies.

Matthias Heilmann, Managing Partner of Counterpoint Capital Partners LLC and CEO of Parts Now, stated that Bradshaw will add production printer parts and supplies, as well as a strong regional and international customer base to Parts Now and the CounterPoint folio of companies. Pasadena, California-based CounterPoint acquired Parts Now in September 2012.

Matt McLeish, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Parts Now, commented that this acquisition in the printer parts and supplies market will further strengthen CounterPoint’s commitment to Parts Now and position the company for long-term growth and stability.

The Bradshaw Group, located in Richardson, Texas, is the only distributor with direct IBM/InfoPrint, Océ and HP relationships.
