Parts Now Appoints Cox as New CEO

Parts Now named Michael Cox as its President and Chief Executive Officer. He replaces Matthias Heilmann who will return to the Board of Directors in a supervisory and advisory position as Managing Partner of CounterPoint Capital Partners.

As revealed, Mr. Cox is an accomplished leader for the transformation of the company, since its acquisition by CounterPoint Capital Partners in 2012, and the integration of the acquisition of the Bradshaw Group. Mr. Cox joined the company in 2000 and was most recently Vice President of Business Development and Partner Management.
