Preparations Finalized for RT Imaging VIP Expo in Americas

Contracts with venues in Buenos Aires City, Sao Paulo, Bogota, and Mexico City were signed and paid for this week ahead of the RT Imaging VIP Expo-Americas in June.

Since announcing the return of this VIP buyer and supplier event earlier this year, C-RT has been busy with event planning and preparations to create a return to its world-class event experience.

“To make sure the event can kick off as scheduled, we have signed contracts, through our partner based in Argentina, with Palais Rouge (in Buenos Aires City), Novotel Sao Paulo (in Sao Paulo), Bogota Marriott Hotel (in Bogota), and Camino Real Hotel (Mexico City) said Victoria Zhao, General Manager of C-RT, the expo organizer.

“The venue providers are very cooperative. We look forward to meeting you there during the expo,” said Gustavo Molinatti, CEO of Guia del Reciclador and C-RT’s partner in the Americas.

According to David Gibbons, C-RT’s International Communications Director, the upgraded event he developed four years ago is a move away from the traditional exhibition style. The RT VIP Expo will be held in four cities in the Americas between June 13 and 23, 2023, including Sao Paulo (Brazil), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Bogota (Colombia), and Mexico City (Mexico).

“Each event has a shortened, one-day intense expo followed by a gala dinner with the second-day providing time for more private one-to-one conversations between buyers and sellers,” said Gibbons. “Then the team gets up and moves to the next city location for the next three days.”

So far, more than 20 leading suppliers have booked the event and are gearing up for exploring new markets in Latin America. C-RT market executives have been busy receiving and answering visa and other inquiries from exhibitors.

To help suppliers better understand the markets, trends, and economies of Latin America, Molinatti prepared and conducted four exclusive “Market Analysis” webinars in March.

A successful roadshow expo model—trialed in Cairo, Mexico City, and Bogota in 2019, RT Imaging VIP Expo is a VIP, high-level professional gala event focusing upon the needs of local markets.
