Publisher, Director at Recycling Times Media to Discuss Anti-counterfeiting

The Imaging Supplies Coalition (ISC) will be hosting its 2014 Anti-counterfeiting Conference for the Imaging Supplies Industry on September 14 -16, 2014 at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The conference will be attended by 80 to 90 professionals involved in brand protection and anti-counterfeiting activities. The conference is international in scope with attendees from Europe, Asia, the US, Canada, Latin America, and Australia.

Brand protection from the Imaging Supplies Industry is undergoing a great deal of change and increasing importance to all stakeholders. Included in our agenda will be leaders in brand protection from the imaging supply industry who will discuss the environment driving these changes and the effect it has on stakeholders.  Jorge A. Garcia, Deputy Assistant Director, Los Angeles Field Office, US Customs and Border Protection and Bob Barchiesi, President of the IACC will be the keynote speakers.  Other conference topics will include case studies involving the successful application of technology to combat counterfeiting. The status of Intellectual property rights in China, Brazil and Africa will also be discussed. A feature presentation will be a discussion of the current patent issues facing the industry.

David Gibbons, Publisher and Director at Recycling Times Media, will present at the Conference as well.
