Quality Advocate and Print Consumables Leader Dies
Mr S. M. Godwin from R&G Sri Lanka passed away on September 7, 2022, in Sydney, Australia. He was aged 57.
Scores of industry people, mostly in the sub-continent and Africa have contacted RT Media to share their grief over the sudden passing of Godwin.
He was based in Sydney for the past 10 years and his laser toner cartridges business was based in Sri Lanka. The company was a pioneer in remanufacturing in Sri Lanka. They operated the biggest MPS platform in the island country.
R&G introduced its brand range of toner cartridges for the first time in Sri Lanka in 1992 for most laser printer models available in the market today. They worked with selected re-sellers in Sri Lanka, to market this product.
R&G was launched to meet constant demand from customers for reliable low-cost toner cartridges at value-for-money prices and good after-sales support. This has since become a successful consumable item in the market with reliability and guarantee, especially since our product is recognized and approved by the INTERNATIONAL IMAGING TECHNOLOGY COUNCIL (USA).
Their toner cartridges are also STMC & ISO 14001 certified, which confirms that their toner cartridge printouts are as good as or better than the printouts of OEM toner cartridges.
Their service standards are clearly and stringently followed to provide customers who sign a Total Laser Care (TLC) solution agreement with the best terms of pre and post-support services for all kinds of laser printers. Furthermore, we have well-trained and experienced technicians with a fully equipped workshop to provide repairs and related services for laser printers.
